Aja Kona 3 Driver El Capitan

Nov 14, 2011. Hello everyone. AJA recently released version 9.1 of the Mac OS X driver for Kona 3 and Kona 3G cards. This version of the driver is incompatible. That may be true but it would seem from what I see on the AJA support page that AJA will no longer be wrting drivers SPECIFICALLY for Kona 3. (They do not say that specifically - I am reading between the lines) That is a different story it seems that what you wrote above. Or it may be we just are missing.

If you experience problems setting up video modes or see unexpected output, check the application console for useful information. Connections The basic I/O connections are shown below. Further detail can be found in the AJA documentation.

SDI The default AJA connections are two inputs (1,2) and two outputs (3,4). For standard formats (SD,HD) we use the two output ports only (3,4). For 4K and UHD monitoring requirements, we use all four ports: SD / HD formats: SDI 3 + SDI 4 4K / UHD formats: SDI 1 + SDI 2 + SDI 3 + SDI 4 Stereo Left eye = SDI 3 Right eye = SDI 4 RGB mode in stereo needs 3G (level A or B) connection.

NOTE: There is no 4K with stereo. HDMI • The Kona 3G supports 2K over HDMI • The Kona 4 supports 4K over HDMI • From version 2015.2, there is an option to downscale 4K to 2K for output via HDMI. AJA Kona 3 is great and worth buying. The Kona 3 by AJA is truly an amazing video input and output capture card, with its ability to up convert SD to HD, down convert HD to SD or cross convert HD formats in real time. I believe it is the only thing that makes Final Cut Pro v5-7 a professional editing product. It is great that it can now be used with Avid on version 6.5, since Avid went to open source. Principles Of Management In Hindi Language. The software drivers and control panel work great, and there is no trouble getting them to to load or work. I recommend the Kona 3 and other AJA products like the Kona LHe which I also have, as well as a couple of AJA mini converters.
