I've installed the one and only game on this notebook, being Grim Fandango and found out that the sound was stuttering. Therefore i grabbed the driver dvd supplied with the 901, copied the realtek sound drivers and installed them. Here starts the fun. Metodo Para Flauta Dulce Soprano Pdf. After rebooting i got a startup message: 'Asus ACPI Service Missing Audio Driver Please install Audio Driver' Sound doesn't work now, and so do the F7,8 and 9 function hotkeys standing for muteing, volume up and down.

Tried installing both the audio and acpi drivers from the driver disk in both combinations (first acpi, or first audio) and it doesn't resolve the issue. Having a mute computer sucks kinda big time.

Installed the latest drivers (12 Feb 2009) But no audio, and the message: 'Missing Audio Driver, disable audio hot key. Please install Audio Driver' this pops up each time the system is booted up. I've re-installed the audio drivers (Audio_XP_080619) which seems to go smoothly each, and every!!, time, but without effect. Is this an XP pro issue?
